All I am capable of is writing Glee fanfic I swear I'm so... not even capable of doing anything this semester no me gusta.

But I'm still alive and I promised my cousin I'd read I Am Number Four so I did read it and fucking hell is it mediocre and crappy. Like, astonishingly so. I have no idea how it got made into a movie, especially with the flawless Dianna Agron. It would have made an okay kids' book with less violence, but it does not pass muster as YA.

In other news, I got THE MONO and now school starts in two days and I am in now way prepared, like I'm not even signed up for classes. But whatever, world, I have a paid LJ account and I wrote yet more fanfic for Glee because I am constitutionally incapable of doing anything else right now okay, I'm feeling very ~delicate.

So this isn't terribly amusing, since 1) Glee is already a comedy, mocking it is sometimes redundant 2) PS didn't see the first season mostly, so a lot of it really is explanatory, rather than lulzy. 1) School: It's killing me. I have never had a semester this hard. Whatever, academics.

2) I'm a gleek. I have no shame. I give up. I've got it bad. Freakin' show. For something so bad, it is occasionally really fucking good. I have gone in the space of two months from scoffing when my family mentions it to owning the DVD, the music, and assorted pins and magnets. Thus this tomfoolery. Expect more squealing, ranting, and desperate justifications in the future. Also, momentarily, a recap, because PS needs one and I want LJ formatting for this one.

3) Doctor Who, "The Lodger" HOSHIT WHY YOU SO AWESOME BBs.

4) We have, my hand hand to god, rabid Cujo foxes just outside of town. They're attacking people and keeping them inside their houses and shit.

5) I love apple pie. I also love my family, and my sister who makes pie.

Also, here is a lot of what I love about Glee. IT IS RIDICULOUS AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW, SECOND-HAND EMBARRASSMENT BUT SO ADORABLE.

Oh Stephen Fry, you make me so happy in this my hour of need.

I have my first test of the semester tomorrow (well except for the ones in Japanese, but we have those every class so it doesn't count). El Jefe is IN SPAIN and he's STILL MAKING US TAKE A TEST.

So yeah, I flee into the arms of Stephen Fry, whose dulcet tones do gift unto me the words of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.

Only I'm going to have to quit him soon to do Japanese homework, which calls for iTunes. Also probably a working pencil, so I should look into that.

So yeah, in general, WHADDUP Y'ALL. That is what is happening with me.

Oh my god. You guys. MINE MINE MINE FINALLY. I can’t even tell you; I grew up listening to The Castle of Adventure by Enid Blyton over and over and over again at bedtime, so a kindly British gentleman’s voice reading stories for children does things to me on a sublime level, it’s incredible how comforting this is. Plus it’s Harry Freakin’ Potter. Plus it’s STEPHEN FRY.
